Ayson Lewis

Many role models in my past and present days have contributed immensely to the development of my knowledge within the arts.

People such as family, friends, tutors and mentors all have a significant influence to the growth of my art career.

So much so that I have had many opportunities to participate

in various art projects and events throughout New Zealand and the pacific.

A practicing artist of wood and stone carving, paint, sculpture and taa moko, I have recently completed the Te Toi o Nga Rangi  Bachelor of Arts at Gisborne campus of EIT’s School of Arts, Toihoukura.
